NewTel Systems Outbound call cost exceptions

Outbound call cost exceptions allow you to override the markups charged for outbound calls.

To add an exception

  1. Log in to the NewTel Systems web interface.
  2. Go to Commerce » Rate plans.
  3. Click on the rate plan you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the "Outbound call costs exceptions" link.
  5. Click on the "Add a new exception" button.
  6. Choose the outbound group and enter the prices you wish to charge.
  7. Click the "Save" button.
  8. Repeat for other outbound groups as desired.
