NewTel Systems Inbound call cost exceptions

Rate plans can include a certain number of free minutes. Which inbound groups are included is set by the system owner, but you can override this per rate plan by setting exceptions.

To add an exception

  1. Log in to the NewTel Systems web interface.
  2. Go to Commerce » Rate plans.
  3. Click on the rate plan you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the "Inbound included in call time exceptions" link.
  5. Click on the "Add a new exception" button.
  6. Choose the inbound group and whether it counts towards the included call time.
  7. Click the "Save" button.
  8. Repeat for other inbound groups as desired.
