NewTel Systems Class of service exceptions

Class of service exceptions allow you to set which external numbers your customers may call. They behave similarly to customers' classes of service, but affect customers rather than users in your customer.

To add an exception

  1. Log in to the NewTel Systems web interface.
  2. Go to Commerce » Rate plans.
  3. Click on the rate plan you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the "Class of service exceptions" link.
  5. Click on the "Add a new exception" button.
  6. Enter the full number or prefix, and whether to allow calls to it or not.
  7. Click the "Save" button.

If the customer is a reseller, the class of service affects them, their customers, their customers' customers, and so on.
