The information on this page is based on feedback from Enswitch customers using these telephones in production. This list is incomplete, and some entries may be out of date. Any updates are welcome.
"Supported" means that the basic functions of the telephone have been reported as working. "Fully supported" means that all or almost all relevant functions of the telephone have been reported as working. Integrics has not verified these for all telephones.

- Reported not to work behind NAT.
- Busy lamps are supported.
Aastra 57i
- Reported not to work behind NAT.
- Busy lamps are currently unsupported. This is planned for Enswitch 2.9.
Cisco 7912/7940/7960
- Supported using SIP image.

- Not supported if behind NAT. It is reported to work behind NAT with some models of NAT router, but due to the uncertainty involved, Enswitch does not officially support this.

- Supported.

- Supported.

- Fully supported.
- Busy lamps are supported.

- Add a context in extensions.conf for outgoing calls.
Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express
- Supported.
- Requires a remote access account for outbound calls due to lack of authentication support.
Enswitch
- Please see Asterisk, which Enswitch uses for connections to carriers.
- The context for incoming calls is normally "from-external".
- Make a peer for the outgoing context.
NEC XN120
- Supported.
